It's rarely just one place. It's how your whole nervous system responds to a day that never really slows down.
Keel started by looking closely at one of the most common, and most ignored, signs of that tension: jaw clenching and grinding. Our first product, Unclench, uses magnesium bisglycinate, taurine, and vitamin B6 to support muscle relaxation from the inside — not another mouthguard to manage the symptom, but a way to help your body actually unwind.
But we're not a jaw company. We're a calm-down company.
Jaw tension was just the clearest place to start. The same magnesium science that eases a clenched jaw supports relaxed muscles, better sleep, and a calmer nervous system everywhere else in your body too. As we grow, Keel's mission stays the same: build simple, well-formulated supplements that help modern bodies let go of tension they didn't even realize they were carrying.
